Learn to Skate Group Lessons

3 Week Learn to Skate:

Only $49.95 Saturday 12:45pm

One hour per week
15 minute off ice class
45 minute on ice class
2-hour free practice after lesson!
Skate rental included!
There are no make-up classes for the 3 week classes.

The 3 week lesson is intended for skaters with little to no ice experience. This is a great starter class for skaters of all ages!

Gloves required for all skaters. Helmets required for all skaters 6 and under.

8 Week Group Lessons:

Only $149.00 For 8 weeks!

· One 45 min. group lesson per week

· Eight weeks lessons once a week.

· 10% discount each additional sibling registration.

· 10% discount if registering for 2 classes per week.

· Complimentary skating session following class.

· Unlimited public sessions with proof of your class card (only valid for use during your 8 week session).

The 8 week classes are for skaters who want to skate for recreational skating, beginner figure skating, or beginner hockey.
Classes are offered once a week on your choice of either Saturday at 12:15pm, Sunday at 12:15 pm, or Wednesday at 5:30pm.

All skaters must bring class card to enter the ice for group lesson, or to redeem public sessions. There is a $2 replacement fee for lost cards. 2 make ups are allowed, please avoid the first and last days of classes. Skate rental not included ($4 fee each time you come). Helmets are required for all skaters 6 and under ($2 helmet rental fee). Gloves Required. Skaters that wish to switch their group lesson day will be charged $15.

There will be no refunds or credits issued after the first day of class. All classes must be paid for in full. No deposits. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Skating School Rules

· Admission cards must be brought to each class. If you lose your card, you must notify the skating school.

· Make-up Classes Two make-up classes are allowed. Make-up classes must be done within the 8-week session. There are no make-up classes allowed on the first or last day of any group session. Please bring your admission card to the skating school and obtain a make-up slip. Please note that make-up classes are subject to space and are on a first come first serve basis. If the class is full, no make-ups will be allowed.

· Attire We recommend that all skaters wear attire that is warm and comfortable. GLOVES ARE REQUIRED. HELMETS REQUIRED FOR SKATERS 6 AND UNDER. Visit The Pines Pro Shop located in the Pines Ice Arena.

· Parents/Guardians Parents are advised not to leave their children unattended at the ice rink. Parents are advised to sit and observe from the bleachers only. Parents must not block the entrances to the ice or walk on the ice during classes.
